CTO mentoring

I'm a successful SaaS founder and experienced CTO turned mentor. I'm based in Edinburgh with years of experience running large engineering teams, both onsite and remote.

I now spend a portion of my time as a mentor to CTOs, helping them to navigate the choppy waters of technology leadership in fast-growing companies.

I work with CTOs of all levels, from pre-seed to IPO. Together we walk through the challenges that come with growth: hiring (and firing), organisational design, scaling product, adopting AI-first thinking. There’s a long list, but the sessions will be tailored to your needs.

I help CTOs find their voice at the exec table, learning when to push back, when to compromise, and how to build trust in engineering across the wider business.
