I saw Wild Rose at the Edinburgh Film Festival years ago and I loved it. When I heard it had been adapted for the stage (by Nicole Taylor, who wrote the original screenplay) and was premiering in Edinburgh, I bought tickets immediately. 

The show disappoint. It’s probably even better on the stage, more raw. The performances are just superb. It has an extended run until 19th April so get in quick if you have the chance.
